What's Easy and Healthy?
Mason Jar Meals! Who would have thought?? This is perfect for dorms, when you have a small space, and a small kitchen to work with. Also, for those of us trying to avoid the freshman 15 (in my case the junior 20), this easy meal idea is great for portion control.
